Booking and payment

Do I buy the ticket from YourAvia?

No. YourAvia is a flight search service: we compare offers from airlines and travel agencies. When you choose a flight, you go to the seller's website and book and pay there. The seller issues your ticket and is responsible for the booking.

Who do I contact about my booking?

The airline or agency you booked with. Their confirmation email has your booking reference and their contact details. YourAvia cannot see or change bookings made with sellers.

Does YourAvia charge a booking fee?

No. YourAvia adds no fees. A seller may charge for payment or extra services, so check the final amount on the seller's website before you pay.

Prices

Why did the price change on the seller's website?

Fares change quickly as seats sell. We show the price the seller gave during your search, and the seller confirms the final price when you book. Search results expire after 15 minutes; refresh the search to get current prices.

Why do prices on the home page differ from search results?

The home page shows cached prices from recent searches by other travelers, which can be a few days old. The live price appears when you search.

Do prices include taxes?

Sellers' prices usually include taxes and airport charges. Optional services such as checked bags, seat selection or payment fees may cost extra. The seller shows the final amount before you pay.

Baggage

How do I compare prices with a checked bag?

Choose "1 checked bag" above the results. Each flight then shows its price with a bag where the seller offers such a fare; flights without one keep their price without a bag and are labeled.

Is cabin baggage included?

It depends on the fare. The flight card shows the baggage the seller reports; the seller's fare conditions are final.

Changes and refunds

How do I change or cancel my ticket?

Through the airline or agency you booked with, under the rules of your fare. YourAvia cannot change or cancel bookings.

Can I get a refund?

It depends on your fare rules. Ask the seller you booked with; the airline's rules apply to refunds and changes.
